Wyndham Garden Burabay

The staff were accommodating and very friendly. However, some of them did not speak English, which was problematic. I called a few times before paying for the reservation. The staff member who spoke English did not give me accurate information about how to get to a hiking trail. When I got to the hotel, I was given different information by a staff member who did speak English.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The complex is new, with an excellent breakfast. Service in the lobby bar and the restaurant on the second floor (Shanyrak) leaves much to be desired, but this is a minor disadvantage during our 3-day stay. We also really liked the TAU restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent (big thanks to Zhanna and Danil (I hope I remember correctly)). The territory is very beautiful, with many options for outdoor and indoor activities. I would like to express special gratitude to Radik. He made our stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Thank you for your professionalism and client orientation. It’s very nice that there are people in the staff of such large complexes, who genuinely care about your comfortable stay. I will gladly return to this complex. Definitely recommend!!

We’ve spent 4 brilliant days on holidays by choosing this property. I found this hotel applicable to its price, property is offering wide meal variety on breakfast, room was cleaned every day, hotel located near to the lake’s coastline. Strongly I do recommend this Hotel and you do not regret.
